2. Pricing Policy

  • Prices are listed in PKR
  • Prices may change without prior notice

3. Operational Hours

Our support and processing hours are:
09:00 AM – 05:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Orders placed outside these hours will be processed on the next working day.

4. Shipping Policy

  • Delivery time: 2–5 working days across Pakistan
  • Delays may occur due to weather, courier issues, or public holidays
  • Shipping updates are shared via email

5. Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items
  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging

6. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are processed after product verification
  • Refund method depends on payment type (COD or bank transfer)
  • Processing time may take 5–10 working days

7. User Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Incorrect information may result in delays or failed delivery.
